A Message from Coach Pat:
The Do's and Don'ts for anyone enrolled in this XC Program -
DO wear appropriate running shoes and apparel to practices and races
DO respect all coaches, adult volunteers and your fellow teammates
DO keep your hands to yourself
DO be helpful and encouraging to fellow teammates
DO respect nature and the locations we use to run
DO show up on time
DO have a positive attitude
DO work hard and try hard at practices and races
DO follow instructions from the coaches
DO stay seated and calm on the bus
DON'T do the opposite of the above.........because the consequence is not being on the team!
